國際計畫執行經驗涵蓋歐盟FP7、荷蘭國科會、荷蘭水資源管理督察局、WWF洪水與水資源管理，以及永續發展等計畫；國內為中研院、科技部、環保署和國發會永續轉型、氣候變遷調適、洪水管理和綠色經濟等計畫。

任教於UNESCO-IHE（聯合國教科文組織水資源教育學院；2006-2008）

任教於Maastricht University（荷蘭馬斯垂克大學；2008-2012）。

2013年獲選國際社會科學理事會 (International Social Science Council, ISSC) 世界社會科學會士 (World Social Science Fellow) 。
