Traveling between Yongjing and Berlin, Mr. CHEN Shih-Hung came from Yongjing, a remote rural area of Changhua County, Taiwan. As he faced the outflow of population from their hometown, he feels that the image of leaving this place deeply leaves him a great impression in his student period.

Fond of art, he strived to study abroad. However, the unforgettable childhood memories of his life become so indelible that even Yongjing become a ghost place.

Through writing, he could recall and rewrite the memory in his mind into pieces of story, and finally into a novel.

Ghosts are closely related to spatial places and fascinating stories, not just real geographical space, but also a shithole place where the population is aging.
